Ásgeir Guðbjartsson and Sigríður Brynjólfsdóttir helped out with a coffee set for FSÍ's benefactors yesterday.
Ásgeir announced that the couple had decided to donate one million ISK to the hospital for the purchase of equipment and handed the director of the institution a letter to that effect.
The foundation and its staff would like to take this opportunity to thank the honorable couple for this noble contribution.
A donation has been made to the FSÍ Memorial Fund for former chief physician Úlf Gunnarsson, but the fund is used to purchase equipment for the hospital.
