The Westfjords Health Institute is looking to hire a nurse for the institute's health care center in Ísafjörður. The position involves general health care nursing. We offer a diverse range of work in a stimulating work environment and a good work ethic.
The Vestfjörður Health Institute is an ambitious workplace where around 250 people work in four main establishments. At the institution, work is done systematically on good morale and emphasis is placed on trust and positivity in communication.
Project
The work is varied and extensive, such as infant health care, school nursing, nursing on duty and much more at the health center in Ísafjörður and in health centers in the northern Westfjords.
Qualification requirements
- Icelandic nursing license
- Special education in health care nursing is an advantage and/or experience of working in health care
- Independence and ambition in work
- Icelandic language skills required
- Positivity and good interpersonal skills
- Driver's license is required
Salary
Salary according to the current collective agreement concluded by the Minister of Finance and the Economy and the Association of Icelandic Nurses.Contact person/s
