The Ísafjörður Lions Club is currently 50 years old. On the occasion of the milestone, the club presented the Elderly Department with a 40″ LCD flat screen TV and home theater system.
Bjarndís Friðriksdóttir, president of the club, handed over the devices together with club members and Jóni Gröndal, district director.
The gift is very useful and the Lions in Ísafjörður are very grateful for it, while the staff of the Department of Geriatrics and the Health Institute wish them a happy birthday.
