Elísabet Jóna, often known as Rauðamýri vid Djúp, arrived at the hospital this morning carrying a hand.

Elísabet Jóna brought one and a half million ISK to the hospital in memory of her parents Ingólf Jónsson and Guðbjörga Torfadóttur. Ingólfur and Guðbjörg lived most of their lives in Hnífsdal.

The organization and staff appreciate the great kindness that Jóna showed in action this morning.

In the picture you can see Jóna and Þorstein Jóhannesson during the delivery of the gift.
