The guidelines of the epidemiologist assume that everyone aged 80 and over, as well as those with any underlying diseases, will receive the fourth vaccination, regardless of whether the person has had covid or not.
Vaccinations for Covid-19 will be as follows.
Ísafjörður
The last vaccination day before the summer holidays is Wednesday 13 July. Those who wish to receive vaccination are advised to send an email to bolusettn@hvest.is.
Patreksfjörður
Those who wish to receive vaccination are advised to call 450-2000 and make an order.
There will be no vaccinations on Ísafjörður or Patreksfjörður from mid-July to mid-August.
Vaccination status in the Westfjords is excellent
In the picture to the side, you can see that in the oldest cohorts, those born in 1942 and earlier, the vast majority have already received their four injections. Of those who have received three, there are many who have had covid and vaccination is delayed because of that.
