There have been some questions about how the arrival of experts is advertised at the institute, and that should be explained here.
The general rule is that the arrival of experts is announced in the regional newspaper BB in the week before the arrival of the relevant expert.
The main exception to this is if the specialist only comes to see patients after a referral or if the specialist has booked all appointments in advance, then no advertising is done.
