In most cases, nursing homes are different from hospital wards, although the clients receive similar services in both places. Emphasis is placed on the domestic role of Eyr and HB, where the staff is there to help and assist prospective residents. The approach of relatives and friends of the residents takes that into account, but does not change anything in the usual kinship and assistance in being able to enjoy life inside and outside the home.

Hildur is welcome to her new job. She will manage the structure of the homes and the adaptation of the employees to a new concept of nursing and care.
