Ophthalmologist Elva Dögg Jóhannesdóttir aims to come every two months for three to four days at a time to Hvest Ísafjörður. More dates will be announced for each event, as its arrival draws closer. It does not accept children under the age of 6, and children between the ages of 6-18 need a referral in order to receive a subsidy from the Ísllands Health Insurance. Adults do not need a referral.
A waiting list is not maintained.
