Hradfristihúsið – Gunnvör hf. delivered grants to several people in the local area. Those who received the grants are: Björgunarsveitin Tindar in Hnífsdal, Björgunarsveitin Ernir in Bolungarvík and Björgunarfélag Ísafjörður, in addition to which Björgunarfélag Ísafjörður was given special financial support due to the voluntary work of members of the force in connection with the roof replacement of HG properties in Hnífsdal this summer. The Vestfjörður Health Institute in Ísafjörður was also given a complete hospital bed with a special air mattress to protect against bedsores and a multi-purpose bicycle table.
?It is a great honor for us at the Freezer House-Gunnvöru to be able to support good work in our local area. There is no need to say much about the importance of the rescue teams and the health institute for the local community here in Vestfjörður. That's why we wanted to show our heart in action", says Einar Valur Kristjánsson, manager of Hraðfrystihúsin-Gunnvarar.
On the occasion of the day, we were invited to coffee in the company's cafeteria in Hnífsdal on Wednesday evening, October 31.
