The Westfjords Health Institute in Ísafjörður is looking to hire a paramedic for a 70-100% position or by agreement. The appointment will be from September 1, 2025 or by agreement.
The Vestfjörður Health Institute employs over 270 people and the institute provides general health care in three areas; nursing department, health care department and hospital department, with hospitals in Ísafjörður and Patreksfjörður.

Main tasks and responsibilities
This is a general nursing position in a medical ward. This is a good opportunity for an experienced nurse who wants a change of environment. This is also an ideal position for those who want to gain diverse experience.

Salary according to the current collective agreement concluded by the Minister of Finance and the Economy and the Icelandic Medical Association.
