The couple Guðný Stefanía Stefánsdóttir and Jón Hálfdán Pétursson, living in Ísafjörður, came to the FSÍ maternity ward today.
They felt that there was a serious lack of a proper chair for new mothers and therefore decided to get Hamraborg and Betra bak on Ísafjörður to join forces with them to make up for that lack. Now the maternity ward has a leather-covered and extremely comfortable Lazy-boy chair.
It happened so well that two newborns were in the ward, together with their parents of course and they got to enjoy the comfort. They are from the left: Haukur Árni Hermannsson and Arna Grétarsdóttir with their son, Guðný Stefanía Stefánsdóttir with her son Pétri Þór and Jón Hálfdáns and Íris Ósk Sighvatsdóttir and Guðbjartur Flosason with their daughter.
The representatives of the organization and its staff would like to thank Guðnýja Stefanía and Jón Hálfdán, as well as Hamraborg and Betra baks, for the noble and kind gift.
