As of the end of May, the Vestfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Health Institute will only issue digital invoices. The invoices appear on <a href=\"https:\/\/island.is\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">island.is<\/a> and both individuals and legal entities can access all invoices issued by the Treasury and its institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The organization now also sends certificates electronically and they are entered at helilovvera.is. It is about<strong> &quot;Certificate to Employers&quot;<\/strong> and <strong>&quot;General Certificates&quot;<\/strong>. A person can then call in and ask for a certificate to be sent in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heilsuvera.is\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">healthcare.is<\/a>&nbsp;and appears under <em>My pages<\/em>. To access my pages on helilovvera.is, you must have an electronic ID. The bill for the certificate goes to island.is and the payment slip goes to the person&#039;s home bank.<\/p>\n<p>Those who do not already have electronic IDs can go to the nearest bank and get them. You can find more information about electronic IDs<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skilriki.is\/notendur\/sos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>With the increased availability of digital services, the goal is to reduce business costs for all parties, modernize the government&#039;s business environment and enforce environmental considerations.
