He replaces Anna Gr\u00e9ta \u00d3lafsd\u00f3ttir, who had to retire after a short stay at \u00cdsafj\u00f6r\u00f0ur for family reasons. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Hjalti is a systems engineer by training, with an MBA degree in business administration from the University of Edinburgh and a degree in securities trading from Reykjav\u00edk University, among other things.
