In 1998, among others, in the hand medicine and children&#039;s departments of Landsp\u00edtala and Borgarsp\u00edtala, hospitals in Akraness and H\u00fasav\u00edkur, as a representative for the Icelandic Red Cross and was head of department at Fj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Hospital in \u00cdsafj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 1992-1995.
