{"id":441,"date":"2008-03-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-03-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gyl.fi\/hvest\/2008\/03\/13\/fasteignir_til_fasteigna_rikissjods\/"},"modified":"2008-03-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-03-13T00:00:00","slug":"fasteignir_til_fasteigna_rikissjods","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hvest.is\/en\/fasteignir_til_fasteigna_rikissjods\/","title":{"rendered":"Real estate to the Real Estate Treasury"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It has been decided that the Norwegian State Real Estate (FR) will take over the management and operation of real estate currently run by health institutions.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase (2008) will <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fastrik.is\">FR<\/a> among other things, they take over the real estate of healthcare institutions in the Westfjords.<br \/>It consists in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fastrik.is\">FR<\/a> undertake the maintenance and renovation of housing in a similar manner as is already the case for secondary schools and law enforcement agencies.<br><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heilbrigdisraduneyti.is\">Ministry of Health<\/a> will apply for the necessary budgets for organizations that will cover the costs of housing leases in the future.<br><br \/>Representatives <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fastrik.is\">FR<\/a> have already made a first visit to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fsi.is\">\u00cdsafjar\u00f0arb\u00e6r Health Institute <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hbol.is\">Bolungarv\u00edk Health Institute <\/a>to study the situation.<br \/><br><\/p>\n<p><img src='\/hvest\/gamlar_myndir\/l_image5108e24c100ee.jpg'><br \/><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Chief: THOUGH<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been decided that Real Estate of the Swedish Treasury (FR) will take over the management and operation of properties currently run by health institutions.
