Hildur is the head of the nursing homes Eyrar \u00e1 \u00cdsafj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and Bergs in Bolungarv\u00edk and has been with both homes since the opening. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">This is the fifth time that the Hospital Association has presented the designation, which aims to support and highlight what is done well in human resource management. The awards were handed out in Eyr&#039;s auditorium on Tuesday, December 4. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">During the presentation of the award, Sandra B. Franks, chairperson of the Icelandic Medical Association, said that there is a comment about Hildi <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">pointed out, among other things, her excellent qualities in human relations and how well she uses the professional competence and skills of paramedics in her work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">CEO Gylfi \u00d3lafsson said on this occasion that Hildur was well-deserved for the award, she was a strong manager who had the ability to create a strong team among the staff. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Hildur said upon receiving the award that the staff are all important. Such organizations can be seen as a chain, where each link is important. Eyri and Berg have always been lucky with staff and that has made her job easy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Hildur El\u00edsabet has worked at the Vestfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Health Institute or its predecessors with small breaks since 1997 when she graduated as a nurse from the University of Iceland.
