The results of the survey of the trade union Sameykis about the institution of the year for 2020 have been published. The survey was submitted in February, before the pandemic had a significant impact, but the publication of the results has been postponed due to circumstances.<\/span><\/div>\n

After a big improvement between the years 2018 and 2019, the rating of the Vestfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Institute of Health remains unchanged between years. The institution remains above the average of health institutions, both in rating and ranking.<\/span><\/div>\n

If the organization's results by subsection are compared with other healthcare organizations, it can be seen that employees' experience of wages and working conditions are the factors that are higher at HVest. <\/span>When the sub-items of the survey are examined, it can be seen that pleasure and pride<\/em>, organization image, management<\/em> and morale <\/em>have mainly increased from 2017 to 2020.<\/div>\n

Sameyki and its predecessors have conducted the survey about the organization of the year for years. The survey is administered to all employees<\/a><\/span> in public institutions and companies and provides valuable information to compare institutions, support improvement projects, celebrate what is done well and see where the shoe is cramping.<\/span><\/div>\n
